Plugin stopped working with 6.7

  • I can no longer switch from classic to block, even changing the default setting. This is the first review when clicking Details from the plugin (review by airbesi on November 14, 2024)

    “In the latest version of WordPress 6.7 the Classic Editor doesnt work with post categories, the Classic Editor doesnt change or update the post categories, can you check this please ?”

    It doesn’t work with Pages either.

    For your first issue, I tested this with WordPress 6.7.1 and Classic Editor 1.6.3 as well as 1.6.6.

    I could see the Classic Editor whether I switched back and forth from setting the default Editor at Settings → Writing → Default editor for all users.

    Can you try testing this with other plugins disabled to see if there might be an issue.

    For the post categories, I also see that this looks to be caused by a plugin conflict and so it is worth exploring that.
