Plugin stopping Proceed To Checkout button from being clickable

    I’m using the plugin on my site, but have had to disable it for now. The plugin is not allowing the Proceed to Checkout button to be clicked and go through to the checkout. Only the PayPal button is able to be clicked.

    I’m using the enfold theme with a Child Theme called Botique.

    Regarding your query, are you still facing issues with the Proceed to Checkout button? We were able to click the button and go to the checkout page when we visited your site.

    If it is still not resolved, kindly share the URL of the theme so that we can check the issue on our test site. It is probably caused due to a conflict with your theme. Also, please share any data that you think might be contributing to this problem.

    Hey,
    Thanks for responding.

    The button works now as I have the plugin disabled. But as soon as I enable it, it doesn’t work.

    The theme I’m using is Enfold with the Boutique child theme. I’m not sure what theme link exactly you are looking for?

    Do you need access to the site?

    Access to the site is not necessary. However, we would like to test the compatibility of the plugin with the theme you are using. Can you please share the zip file of the theme through this link?
