Plugin stops my sticky menu from sticking

Basically the plugin keeps stopping my header and menu from sticking while scrolling down the page, it now just stays at the top of the page!
If I disable/hide Sliding Widgets in settings, the header will stick and stays in it’s fixed position while I scroll.
Any suggestions?
