[Plugin: Store Locator Plus] multiple sites for Store Locater Plus Store Pages

I have several sites that are subdomains. I have purchased the Store Pages add on. Do I need a Store Pages license for each subdomain? The first site where I installed Store Pages works great, (https://qop.jamespattonenterprises.com/) however the additional subdomains do not. The location works but when clicking on the store page from the map menu, it does not find the store page. (https://stjohnhuntsville.jamespattonenterprises.com/stjohnthebaptist/)

Just need to know what if I need to purchase the Store pages for each domain.
