• Thanks for fixing the Firefox problem – I now have another couple of questions/issues.

    1. I have been able to create a story and publish it! Fantastic. However, it only publishes to my Storify account and not on my website stating that there was an error.

    2. I have also looked at retrieving the story from Storify to publish on the site but the button in the editor menu only publishes a link. I was under the impression that this would insert the content of the story not just a hyperlink. Am I wrong?

You are correct, it should replace the URL with the embed code, but falls back to the link when it is unable to do so. Both problems sound like they stem from the fact that WordPress is having trouble contacting the Storify servers and pulling up the Story.

Could I trouble you to reply with a link to the story? Also, what version of WordPress are you using? Last, is WordPress normally able to make calls out to the internet? For example, do you get notifications that plugins are ready to be updated?

    I have same problem.

    Here are the links

    Story

I am able to create the story from wordpress, but it is not shown on page and I am not able to edit it from wordpress further.

PS. Site is in Ukrainian, server is in USA.

Thanks a lot! I am really looking forward the possibility to work with such plugin!

    Hi,

Since I’ve used the Storify plug-in, I can no longer get my Twitter feed and previous post plug-ins to work on my home page.

As well, there are no comments on the Storify created post and I can’t scroll down past the Storify created post on my home page.

This plug-in seems like it’s more trouble than it’s worth. Any thoughts how I can fix my three issues?

Here’s my blog – take a look for yourself: https://mikehickinbotham.com/

PS – if you go to my menu and click on the 7P Model, you’ll be able to see the plug-ins work again on the right hand side of my blog.

    Thanks,

    Mike

@moose29 I believe this thread is related to your problem and contains a link to a development version that may fix the problem.

    Hi,
Have cheshmandaz.org. Have installed Storify plugin. But everytime I want to use it it asks me about “Storify Login” and this note pops up: “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/azerfo5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/storify/storify.php on line 505
    Older Stories
Showing recent stories created by cheshmandaz. Change account?”
    Any idea?
