[Plugin: Strictly Auto Tags] Initiate auto discovery

There is currently no mechanism to bulk update previous posts and the plugin will ignore any posts that already have tags.

However if you edited and saved any of these posts and they didn’t already have tags then the plugin would add tags to those posts. This works whether you do a quick edit or a full edit.

I am not sure if there is an easy way to update multiple posts in one go or not but currently the only way to get my plugin to parse existing posts is to re-save those posts somehow.

I am looking at a bulk update option for the next version.

Thank you. That is very helpful for now. For previously published posts, I will delete existing tags and republish. (I’d done all but deleting tags.)

I have just released version 1.7 which includes a bulk update option to re-tag all existing posts OR just those currently without tags.
