Plugin stuck on E loading on my new theme Devoe

Hello,
Recently I install new theme Devoe, I found that Elementor plugin is best for creating landing pages but it’s loading in my theme and stuck there. I couldn’t find any solution for the further job. Only E-loading it’s a long time about 30 mintutes.
please provide some solution soon.
