    I’ve noticed since the recent Jetpack update that the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin has become stuck on “Results are still loading…“.

    Any help with this issue will be appreciated ????

    Hiya,

    Thanks for the heads up, it seems Jetpack had a blank test built in that caused things to stop up waiting for a response. They’re fixing it on their end, and we’ll look to harden things on our side too to prevent such incidents from halting result processing.

    Since it’s got a fix on the way from the other team, I’m going to mark this as resolved, just for sanity sake ??

    for what it’s worth, I’m still having this issue. If I click on the Info tab, it says “Should be improved”. On the status tab, it never gets beyond “Results are still loading…”.
