Plugin stucks at “Starting the profiler”

    Hi, the plugin freezes at the very first stage “Starting the profiler” when testing logged in admins (and dashboard, for instance)… I read debugging suggestion in a similar question below, but did not find anything, no issues reported… Any thoughts what to try? Thanks!

    If there’s nothing in the PHP and HTTP server error logs, it could be a security application that blocked it when it tries to access the admin section. Do you have such application or security rules in place on the site or server?

    Thank you! I tried to turn off Wordfence and basically all the plugins on my test site and still does not run – so I might ask my web host… What typically could it be on the server side, so I can give them some direction? Thanks! Jan

    I have no idea why it would be blocked: when it runs, it populates the authentication cookie for the selected user and it accesses the requested backend page directly. It doesn’t log in via wp-login.php.

    I had the same problem when I tried to profile /wp-json/wp/v2/posts. Then I realized that I don’t have any post entries on this website ??
