Plugin submenus not showing up

  • Hi i have installed the plugin successfully and customized the dash for the user ‘editor’ but even though the first level menus of some plugins have been added to the dash menu the sub menus are not showing up when i am logged in as the user(editor) can you help me please.

    Hi Baski,

    Sorry for these troubles. Can you please provide the following information for me?

    – Client Dash version
    – WordPress version
    – All active plugins (including network activated if multisite)
    – Active theme (and child theme, if using one)
