[Plugin: Subscribe To Comments Reloaded] No emails being sent

It could be related to a bug in the plugin that causes PHP Mailer to discard those emails thinking they are spam. I already have that on my todo list.

Boris, as you can see, it works for other users, so it must be something related to your specific environment. Maybe a conflict with another plugin?

Same Problem. I am, using 3.3.2 version of WP. My junk/spam mail is empty, checked several times.

but this plugin is the best among subscribe plugins wish could use it

but it DOES work if email is sending to user who subscribed WITHOUT commenting.

I found a solution empirically. Searched in the internet for this problem it’s not very common: most problems with sending emails are solved by reseting spam filters or solving hosting problems but not mine.

Besides, it works well (sending email) if user subscribes without commenting, that’s strange too, so i thought problem is not with plugin itself.

So i thought of the conflict with wordpress comment management system.

SO HERE IS THE SOLUTION:

when you recieve comment and the system asks you to apрrove it. DON’T use APPROVE&ANSWER button (don’t know how this button is called exaсtly in English – have russian version of WP, but i think you understand what i mean)
FIRST APPROVE
SECOND ANSWER
NOT THE SAME TIME!

It worked well for me using WP 3.3.2
