Seem to be having a problem with the subscription management page – when the user clicks to confirm their subscription, they go to this page:

    https://denverbargains.com/manage-subscriptions/

where it says, “Oops, Huston we have a problem! Please contact the administrator of this blog for further details.”

Any idea what’s causing the error?

  • Hi there,

it seems like some misconfiguration error, or something related to another plugin maybe? Could you please provide further information about your settings?

The management page is set to this:

    /manage-subscriptions

I just checked this page in the WordPress Edit Page panel and all that’s on it is the error message in plain text (Oops, Huston we have a problem! Please contact the administrator of this blog for further details)- is that right?

Could you please try to add a trailing forward slash at the end?

Tried, that but still the same issue.

Weird… it seems like your template doesn’t like the way my plugin creates a page ‘on-the-fly’ then… Is there a way for me to take a look at your admin? You can contact me through my blog at

    Thanks

I’d rather not give someone else admin access, but thanks for the offer! I’m using the Thesis theme, if that helps at all. Might just have to find another plugin.

I definitely understand your concerns, I wanted just to take a look at your settings to see if this is something that needs to be fixed on my side. It could benefit all the other users of this plugin. Anyway, thank you for your patience and good luck.

    Camu
