[Plugin: Subscribe to Comments] Use with AJAXd-WordPress plugin?

Hi all,

I recently downloaded this plugin. After some tinkering, I have determined that I can’t get it to work because I have AJAXd WordPress installed (which makes my comments appear inline in AJAX). If I turn off the AJAX commenting, Subscribe To Comments works.

Does anyone know how to use this plugin with AJAXd WordPress?
