[Plugin: Subscribe2] {BLOGNAME} Keyword does not handle apostrophe

When setting the Subject line to {BLOGNAME}{TITLE}, if the blogname has an apostrophe (It’s), the email has the HTML entity number of ' instead of the apostrophe in the email title.
