[Plugin: Subscribe2] Subscribers not receiving new post notifications

Hello,

I’d be grateful if anyone could help with the following issue:

My subscribers are not receiving email notifications from my blog.

I’m using WordPress 3.4.1 and Subscribe2 8.4

I’ve looked at other threads on this, and have done the following already:
– set the number of recipients per email to 1
– ensured that the email address I’m sending from is on domain

My hosting is with GoDaddy, and they say I should use the following relay server in my code: Server: relay-hosting.secureserver.net

I have no idea where to use this, or even if it’s the appropriate thing to do.

If anyone has any ideas, they’d be much appreciated.
