Plugin Suddenly Not Working Anymore

  • Hi there,

    We are suddenly getting the following message when we try to email: “Sorry, your mail has not sent.”

    It doesn’t matter what template we choose or who we send test emails to. We’re using the latest version of the plugin, Version 1.7.2. Could it be the recent update or a setting we need to change?

  • This is also happening to us! Has this been resolved? We are also using version 1.7.2 and have WordPress 5.5.3.

    Here’s what I had to do, ntrudel. I had to install 1.7.1 in order to get it working again. My clients needed to send out some newsletters so I had to have a solution for them fast.

    There is a plugin you can try call WP Rollback. It will rollback any installed plugin. Just make sure you have your site backed up first. I used that plugin to roll back this one and then everything seemed to work.
