plugin suddenly stopped working

I had the plugin working on all pages of my site: capital21.df.gob.mx and suddenly it stopped working! I didn’t change anything on the site besides creating new content. I don’t get any javascript errors, so nothing appears to be wrong.

You can still see the scrollbar above the 3 columns on the footer.

Anyone have a clue on what happened?
