Plugin suddenly stopped working

    Hi,

    first of all, thank you for the amazing plugin: I’ve used it for years and I love it.

    Unfortunately it stopped working this week. Two days after that I installed WP fastest cache. Can it be related? I don’t know because it worked even with the other plugin installed for two days.

    (I know for sure people are still coming to the website because of Analytics )

    Could be, yes. Give the suggestions listed here a try and if you’re still having problems with the plugin please let me know and I’ll have another look: Is WordPress Popular Posts compatible with caching plugins?

    I’m having problems with WPP after installing a cache plugin too…

    I had bullet points appear next to the title/thumbnail and the thumbnails too large at first, so I tried enabling the Ajaxify widget and clearing cache as per your link above, but WPP does not save my settings. I don’t want categories, taxonomy etc to appear, yet when I click save the pop straight back.

    Help?

    Hi @emmalaa,

    Sounds like you have a different problem. Could you please open a new topic and share some more details there? (For example, what do you mean with “WPP does not save my settings”?) If you can, please also share some screenshots of your settings and your site’s URL so I can have a look.
