Plugin suggestion for costumer registration, login and content delivery

Dear all,

I’m designing a website for a client who needs that current costumers of his company register on their site.

I’ve been searching for plugins but I’ve found myself a bit lost in between membership, delivery content and log-in plugins.

The ideal scenario would be a page where current costumers would apply for registration entering minimal information, like name, email address and company name. Each application would have to be approved by an administrator user, although the user would be created automatically. After approval an email would be sent to the client with his password. The client could then enter a private area where he could have access to private pages to view and download catalogues and a welcome page where he could view the amount of points assigned to him (there is this point’s system given to costumers in my client’s company).
Preferably, all these layouts would be customised using custom post types.

Any suggestions to achieve this would be highly appreciated.
