Plugin Suggestions (“ADD TO CART” button)

    Hello!

    Firstly, thanks for the great plugin. I have a few suggestions and believe these are important.

    01. Display the “new button text” even if no variation is selected
    We can change the “ADD TO CART” button to whatever we want. But, it shows “ADD TO CART” text when we haven’t selected any variation. Can you set this to always show the “given new text”? (According to this example, it should always show “BUY NOW”) Please check this screen recording for further understanding.

    02. You have a global option to change the button text
    Can you change this to set different button text for different external products? (for example, one product will show “Claim Offer”, another product will show “Buy Now”, another product will show “Activate Offer”, etc). The best place to add this field is this, I guess.

    For #1 – this is intentional since there are cases when both external and non external variations might be present, and there is no way to know which one the user will select. There are other plugins available that can let you change this globally.

    #2 – we will add this to our backlog but not sure when will get to it. Thank you for the idea.

    Regarding #1
    There is a better way to filter this. Check how this is done by AMB Variable Affiliate
    They use a “tick box” that we need to check when we use an external (affiliate) product.

    (I’m using their plugin currently, looks like they have abandoned this. I’ll keep looking for migrating to a new plugin)
