Plugin support is bad

  • Plugin incompatible with another plugin, so when closed products still can be added to cart.
    First support request had a quick response, but after that i never heard back.
    Plugin is useless in our scenario, so money wasted..

    Very bad support.

    Hi, Thank you for your opinion. Basically Im the team lead and plugin author. Whole team is off now for a reason. I lost my father Sunday. I hope everything will be normal from next week. So please allow us to handle this situation and get back to you with a solution.
