    the users:support ratio is 3.000.000:0 which is typical of those authors who think their users are too dum to bother helping them, oh but they love to sit on the golden pot filled with dum users

    btw – if you are the maintainer, you should have some premium features to sustain the support side ..for 3.000.000 users you may got few thousands who will pay for upgrades and premium features or else ..you just created a monster ..right now I am forced to use CF7 because my client want Contact Form 7 only (I can make a better form by hand – with all bells and validators implemented both JS client side and PHP server side), and I loose a lot of time because I cant find the right documentation to attach a cropped image as blob to the FormData they adopted recently .. with my form the crop image interface works well – is not working with CF7 yet. Reading undocumented scripts also is not an option.
