    Michael went on sabbatical late last year and unfortunately some of the support during that time slipped through the cracks.

    Our company Rymera Web Co acquired Visser Labs in August this year.

    It sounds like you might have been on our Deluxe version based on the version numbers. The free version here is in the 2.7.x range, while Deluxe (which has more features) is in the 5.x range. Currently 5.3.2 as of this writing.

    If you reach out to our premium support we can track down what happened to your account, whether its still current or expired, and what needs to be done next.
