[Plugin: Support Tickets Center] No able to change Ticket Assigned Alert/Notice template

Hi,
Just installed and testing. I can change all the email templates, except when i save the changes in the templates all the tekst incl subject of Ticket Assigned Alert/Notice is gone, and i am not able to save the changes!
