[Plugin: SurveyMe] Fatal error: Class 'w9v_info' not found in

  • Getting this when trying to activate the plugin. I’m using WP 3.04:

    Fatal error: Class ‘w9v_info’ not found in ***/wp-content/plugins/wp-survey/library/wordpress/w9v/Application.php on line 16

    Any ideas?

    The would be down to your install of PHP being case sensitive and there being a cock up in the case in that file.
    This has been corrected in the version just released.
