[Plugin: SurveyMe] Required Question with Checkboxes

  • I created a question with a bunch of checkbox answers. I set the question to “required”. When I go to fill out the survey and select answers for the checkboxes, once I hit submit, it returns back and says that no options were selected, so I can never submit the survey. Removing “required” from the question allows it to submit correctly.

    Can you try the default survey, just to make sure the plugin is working correctly on your system.
    The problem is most likely with “special characters” in either the question or the answer.
    Trying removing any none alpha numeric characters and see if you can get it to work.
    If you can please let us know what characters were causing the problem so we can make a proper fix.
