I have installed phpHtmlLib and wp-SwimTeam on WordPress version 3.4.1 with no other plugins. When I go to the options page I see all the tabs across the top but clicking on most of them produces blank pages. The same happens on the manage page and SwimTeam page, but the reports page works fine.

What do I need to change in order to fix this? I installed both plugins from the built-in plugin installer.

What version of WordPress are you running?

I apologize for the delayed response, most of the suppport requuests I see come in through my wp-SwimTeam site.

Now that I think about it, when I’ve encountered this problem before, it is usually due to a Javascript conflict. Can you try using the default WordPress Twenty Ten theme and no other plugins except phpHtmlLib and wp-SwimTeam active and see if you still have the problem?

I tried with versions 3.4.1 and 3.3.1…same issue on both. The install was running in a subdirectory, though. I had another WordPress install on another subdirectory of the same domain and ended up having to remove the one I was testing SwimTeam on because of conflicts with 2 installs. I will install it on a fresh location and see what happens.

I did a completely fresh install of WordPress 3.4.1 with ONLY phpHtmlLib and SwimTeam as the plugins. Same problem as before…clicking on some of the tabs just returns a blank page. You can test out the problem by going to

Ok, I see you what you are talking about. I’ve run into this before (see these release notes for v1.21.790) and it took a while to sort it out.

The WP-ServerInfo plugin can be helpful in sorting out what sort of hosting configuration you are running.

Any chance you can give me access to your site so I can load some debug code? We can move this thread to email if you’d like, contact me using my www.ads-software.com username at gmail dot com.

This problem has been fixed with an update to the phpHtmlLib plugin (v2.6.4.3356) which wp-SwimTeam is dependent on. The problem was a difference in how various versions of PHP, particularly the early 5.3.x versions, handle constructors for child classes.
