• I created new WordPress website, add plugin go throw steps, open new store on Printful and added some existing products from other stores. Everything worked fine, but than suddenly synchronization stopped working. Contacted support, but they in every mail have response that everything is fine from their side.

I assume that they don’t have any logs from their side at all, that they can look at where the disconnection came from, or rather they don’t even have a log. On the other hand, they don’t even bother to see where the problem is even if you give them all the information they need, and keep in mind that they won’t ask you anything but say that everything is fine from their side. Anyone who builds their business model on this is better off bypassing this solution.

  • Hello!
Thank you for your honest feedback! We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing some trouble with your store!
Most errors are coming from the Woocommerce or hosting servers and our team has limitations on what we can do to get errors resolved from our side as each store built is unique as well. We do appreciate your feedback on this as it helps us to continue to improve the services that we offer!

It isn’t about WooCommerce plugin issues it is about your approach to the problem, if many users have similar issues I’m sure that with one wright approach to the issue you can solve others.
And if I have problem with some my plugins you can always write some instructions what to the look up and point users to that instructions, not waiting to response from support with generic answers. You also told me that is problem with my hosting, interesting on same hosting we are running several Printful shops, but point to hosting with no explanation what is going on, what we need to look up is like you ask your child why he done some silly stuff.

You must change approach to the solving problems, not point to others with no reason.

    Hi!
Thank you for sharing your concerns. Your feedback has been forwarded to our team responsible for integrations.

While we understand your situation and desire to get the problem resolved as soon as possible, Woocommerce is a complex integration with a lot of customization and that means that each store requires an individual approach which our support can’t provide at this time.

In most cases, the issue stems from hosting problems or plugin compatibility because Printful can’t be tested with all the plugins available in WordPress. However, we fully understand that this can be improved upon and these details will be forwarded to our team. We sincerely appreciate your patience!
