Plugin synchronization

I created new WordPress website, add plugin go throw steps, open new store on Printful and added some existing products from other stores. Everything worked fine, but than suddenly synchronization stopped working. Contacted support, but they in every mail have response that everything is fine from their side.
I assume that they don’t have any logs from their side at all, that they can look at where the disconnection came from, or rather they don’t even have a log. On the other hand, they don’t even bother to see where the problem is even if you give them all the information they need, and keep in mind that they won’t ask you anything but say that everything is fine from their side. Anyone who builds their business model on this is better off bypassing this solution.
