[Plugin: Syndicate Press] Version 1.0.16 now available

    HenryRanchLLC is proud to announce the release of Syndicate Press version 1.0.16. This release fixes a couple of small bugs and contains a new feature which allows you to customize the format of the time-stamp.

    The primary feature in this release allows the user to specify the format of the timestamp that is shown for each article item and each feed summary.

    This release also adds the new ‘feedList’ keyword to the shortcode which allows the admin to exactly specify the feeds to include in the shortcode with a comma separated list.

    Thanks.
    I just upgraded to the latest version and can see it by ftp in my wp-content folder but cannot see it in the wp-admins/plugin list or in the admin interface.
    Where am I supposed to go after it is installed? Tools? Settings?

    There will be a Link under the Settings tab called “Syndicate Press”. Make sure that the plugin is Activated on the plugin page.

    The only time I have ever seen the plugin not show up under the WP Settings tab is when it is not activated.

    Thanks for the quick response!
    The issue was that the wordpress internal admin upgrade only delivered the cache folder for syndicate press so it did not show in the Settings or as an installed plugin. I manually ftp’d up the syndicate press plugin and everything works. Thanks.

    hmmm… weird, ok, glad you got it going. ??

    When I go to the Syndicate Theme page to look at the layouts and gizmos, when I click on the drop-downs they don’t work. They were working 3 days ago.

    I did download and install WordPress 3.4.1, could this be the problem? If so, how do I solve it?

    Hi muqdah,
    Perhaps you are confused with a different theme or plugin?

    Syndicate Press does not have any drop down menu’s, nor does it have various layouts.

    Perhaps your WP 3.4.1 install did not complete correctly and there is a problem with your site in general. You are welcome to send me a screenshot at the email address shown in the Syndicate Press Help tab.
