[Plugin: SyntaxHighlighter Evolved] Support for gutter="false" toolbar="false" b

Hi,

I tried to post code with [sourcecode lang="sql" gutter="false" toolbar="false"] attributes, but this resulted in whole [sourcecode] block not parsed. Does the plugin wupport these attributes?

I do have wp_footer() call.
