  • I’ve updated to 8.3 and I disabled inline php code plugin (wasn’t using it anyway) and tada, it works! Only thing not working currently is the “Rotate tabs with interval (in seconds)” option, but that’s not a major concern for me.

Thank you for your help getting this up and running. I apologize about the confusion regarding the version installed, I thought I updated to most recent version just the other day.

    Thanks again,
    Geoff

could you please temporarily disable the plugin which creates the “PHP Code” widget.

Yup – results was that when I visit the Widgets page (/wp-admin/widgets.php) the same things happens – the Widget menu page only shows “[%%]”.

Have re-enabled my PHP Code widget again.

Just to re-iterate, I haven’t actually been able to try the Widget yet – so my problem isn’t a problem about the widget failing to work … it’s not being able to get to the Widget admin menu – though my thread appears to have been hijacked ??

hedgehogsbottom, could you please create a temporary login for me. My email address is kaspars at konstruktors.com. I will take a look.

It seems that one of your plugins is using output buffering and there is a collision with the buffer which Tabbed Widgets use to determine titles of the widgets.

My widgets are hijacked – don’t link to my posts but to some shady web advert – webhero.com. Have tried to deactivate and reactivate the widgets – doesn’t work. Have tried to remove and republish the posts – doesn’t work. Grateful for assistance.

    Henry, Brussels
