[Plugin: Tabify Edit Screen] Add support for Taxomony

You got me lost. What do you precise mean. The plugin orders meta boxes. Also metaboxes likes categories and tags

somes plugins use post content type to generate content, other use the term or tag as taxonomy, other use category, actually your script allow only for post content type.

For exemple with woocommerce plugin you have :
– post_type = product (tab edit display ok)
– taxonomy = product_cat ( tab edit no display)
– product_tag = product (tab edit no display)

Still no clue what you talk about. You don’t see the taxonomies of WooCommerce in the admin for moving metaboxes to another tab?

I do see them. It can be that there is a bug that I don’t know about.

install woocommerce and try to put edit tab on product category ?? then you see it’s not possible because your plugin works only on post type.

There is no reason why you want tabs on a taxonomy page and that is also not what my plugins does and going to do

yes of course, because i added extended custom fields with ACF on the product category, but a lot of plugins use the same structure for Taxonomy and somethimes it’s not confortable to manage correctly new custom fields … that’s why i will be happy to see the support for taxonomy, it’s a good challenge for you ??
