[Plugin: Table of Contents Plus] 500 Internal error message as soon as you try to activate it

I’ve never seen this issue before, just downloaded and installed, and as soon as I click Activate, the whole site goes to a 500 Internal error message ??

Delete the plugin through an FTP client and all normal now. It’s happened a couple of times now so trying to find an alternative.
