[Plugin: Table of Contents Plus] may Conflict with "CKEditor For WordPress"

A little problem:
It may Conflict with “CKEditor For WordPress”:
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/ckeditor-for-wordpress/When I disable the CKEditor, the “Table of Contents Plus works”!!
But I need the CKEditor work too…Can you check it?
