[Plugin: Taxonomy Images] "Associate with this term" button show in post gallery

Have recently upgraded to WordPress 3.3.1 and am experiencing the following:

1. Click in to edit a post and click on the media popup
2. Then click on the Gallery tab to see associated images
3. Expand an image by clicking the “Show” link

Just above the “Insert into Post” button I am seeing an “Associate with this term” and a “Remove association with this term” link

I don’t think that should show there should it? I don’t think it used to?
