Offset Time In TDO Mini Forms?

    I have a form set up that does not ask for a title. When drafts come in, the title is the date, and instead of my WP time, it’s UTC time. The actual date of the post is correct. I may very well be missing the obvious, but is there a way I to offset the title date/time?
