Plugin tested and deleted. Now still active?

I have tried the plugin, I tried 2 different plugins to test an image flip for woocommerce images:
“WooCommerce Product Image Flipper” and “Magni Image Flip For WooCommerce”

I deactivated and deleted both plugins after I tested. I decided to not use such a plugin. But now when I mouse over the images in WooCommerce, the images still flp, the second image will be shown on mouse over. Same as when the plugin was activated. I am not sure which of these plugins might have caused the issue thats why Im mentioning both.

I also checked via FTP and checked DB, there is nothing left of those two plugins. They are deleted successfully and disappeared from the Dashboard.

I also deleted the images and the products, then I uploaded the images with different names after created new products, but the mouse over with second image is still active.

This issue happened when I activated those plugins.

Any suggestions?
