[Plugin: Text Expander] How does on use this???

  • Can someone please explain how to use Text Expander? I have downloaded and activated the plug-in, but I do not see any link other than the standard more link in the post edit menu. Is there a keyboard shortcut? I cannot find an link to expanding text in either the visual or html menu. Does one have to add this code manually to the html??

    I realize this probably something simple. Any clarification on Text Expander’s use would be appreciated.

  • I second Chorse’s question. I’ve installed it but cannot figure out how to make it work. Yes – I’ve looked but can’t find any documentation or an editor icon or anything. I’d LOVE to use this if only I knew where to start!

    This plug-in does not seem to be supported well. FYI, on the post menu there is an more icon on the post menu that will split your post wherever one wants. It’s not as nice as what this supposed to do, but at least it works.

    FYI Chorse – there is a tiny little icon above the editor area in WP out to the right of the audio, video, etc. icons. That’s what makes this work.

    Installed on 3.2 multisite creates brackets but does nothing.
