Plugin that captures name, password and email address??

  • Hey guys,

    Im looking for a plugin that will prompt for a name, email address and a gallery password before allowing my clients to continue into the page where their gallery images are. Basically, Im trying to collect email address and password protect certain pages at the same time!!

    Im using 3.4.1 and the gallery Im using is NextGen.

    Any ideas???
