Plugin that limits bandwidth for non-members ?

Hi All

I share lots of content with my readers and it costs me a fair amount each month to host it all on a dedi server.

I want to set up a membership for my site and allow the signed up members full speed downloads and the guests a restricted bandwidth.

Anything plugins (free or paid i don’t mind) that can do this?
