Plugin that seeks out page titles and keywords for hyperlink

Hi, I’m wondering if there is a plugin which, as a page/post is being written, would automatically seeks out page titles, post titles, admin-defined keywords and key phrases, and prompt the author that additional information is available to hyperlink to.

Eg. I have created 2 pages (page-1-title, page-2-title), 2 posts (post-1-title, post-2-title), keyword1, and key-phrase1. As I write my page/post, I typed “page-1-title” and the plugin would somehow alert me that I can create a hyperlink to page-1-title.

In this way, different authors can hyperlink to other authors’ pages/posts thus better inform readers of the blog of the availability of additional/related information.
