[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Can only Admins add/edit calendar entries?

Trying to use The Events Calendar but need to have others (Editors) be able to add/edit events. But unless I give them Admin user role they cannot see Calendar on Dashboard. Is that how it’s supposed to work for this plugin?
