  • Hey there SoCalBoy. Non-admin users can totally enter events using The Events Calendar, so long as they are above “Subscriber” level. Are you using one of the built in WordPress default roles or have you customized your own? Let me know if this issue persists (I realize it’s been a while since you posted, and I apologize for the delay on that end)…happy to try and help best I can.

Using the built-in default roles. was not able to access calendar from non-admin account. However nothing changed by use except to update WordPress and other plugins and not non-admins have access to calendar. Seems to have self-corrected. Weird. But thanks for your response.

That’s very odd; but it’s good to hear this resolved itself. If any issues persist down the road or return in any way, feel free to send me an email (pro a/ tri.be) and I’ll try to take a look at it in greater depth for you. Otherwise, thanks a lot for your support so far.

Thanks for your response. Are you part of the development team? I do have some questions regarding differences in pro version. If there is a convenient forum or way to ask please direct me there.

I am indeed. Shoot an email to pro /a/ tri.be with your pre-sale questions, or even better post them to our open Pre Sale Questions thread on the tri.be site (https://tri.be/support/forums/forum/_welcome/pre-sales-questions/) and I will address them there. Using the forum would probably be the quickest route to a response.

Cheers, and thanks for your interest so far.
