[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Events Page Title

    I’m using this plugin here – https://www.regimentfitness.co.uk/eventspage/ (the page isn’t live yet so I’m still playing around with it).

    The plugin is great but the one issue I can’t solve is that the page title in the list view isn’t “Events” or “Events Page” as I have specified in the page I’ve created, but instead the page takes the title of the first event. I’m presuming that this is because the plugin doesn’t actually use an existing page but rather creates one so there is actually no page title specified. There must be a way to change this but I can’t find anywhere in the template files!

    Would appreciate some help.

    First, try posting a reasonably detailed description of your problem. And please stop posting in uppercase. It’s the electronic equivalent of shouting and is considered quite rude. Post de-capped.

    OK, I am sorry for shouting.

    The problem is clearly described in tens of posts before, and its marked as “resolved”, which is not true.

    Please provide a clear solution for this problem as it bothers a lot of people using this plugin. I’m not asking for “try editin this [code]". I am asking for clear instruction of what and where to change to repair a bug. It was promised to be solved in the last update, but it was not.

    They are other people’s problems – not yours. As per the Forum Welcome, you should post your own topic. Your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely different.

    Again, other people’s issues may have been resolved. Incidentally, I am not connected in any way to this plugin but I did notice that you are attempting to post to a 10 month old topic that references an old version of WordPress. For that reason, I am now closing this topic. Please feel free to start your own topic but I would encourage you to read the Forum_Welcome before doing so.
