[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Image Repeat on single event view & calendar view

Hi DGrapevine! Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having issues here. I am seeing the main issue there: the featured image from your first post is appearing atop the list, correct? My guess here is that this is a conflict of some kind…possibly with another plugin, but more likely the theme. Are you in a position where you can test the deactivation route?

Any further information on the second issue re: the venue would be awesome…not sure I understand currently but want to help you out here. Thanks!

Thanks so much for your response. I will try the deactivation of other plugins and see if it makes a difference. Thanks for the suggestion. Otherwise, what themes work ideally with The Events Calendar?

What I am looking for re the venue is where the listed information displays all the information you have put in about the venue ie. Name, email address, website etc. but only the venue name and email address display on the event page… I need to have a web address there so that I can redirect to a bookings page.

Does that make sense?

Hey again DGrapevine. Haven’t heard from you in a while on this and wanted to check in if you were still having issues. Did the deactivation route do the trick?

In terms of themes that work best with the calendar out of the box…while there are no themes specifically built for it that we’re aware of, in general we’d recommend Brandon at Epic Era’s work: https://themeforest.net/user/epicera/portfolio. The code is solid and you can get list/single view working pretty well out of the box.

The venue information as you’re noting it should display within the individual event entry; however venues do not have a website field. (Organizers do, though). In the PRO release there are also frontend venue pages that show all events at a given venue with a venue map and details in a metabox atop the page.
