[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Showing Upcoming Events

Hello all,
I’m in the process of setting up a site that is almost entirely dependent in this plugin functioning correctly.
With that said, I’m having a bit of an issue.
I am using the latest version of this plugin and have it displaying events as “list” style.
It appears that if I try to remove the date from displaying and from registering in the meta – the posts that are made from this will not display.
I’m guessing there is a catch to keep it from displaying a post that
a) Has an end date earlier than it’s start date.
b) Has no end date.

Any tips on what pieces of code I can modify to make this work would be great!!
This is a site that will be launching in the next couple days, and because of the format, I’d really rather not have it give a start and end date.
