[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Using WP Theme Shortcodes

  • Wonder if anyone knows how to use WP Theme shortcodes inside single events!

    For example I want to use a “Countdown” Shortcode from Betheme inside a Single Event Excerpt Field to show case number of days remaining for the event to begin!

    Using the below code in the event field in question merely displays the code as is instead of executing the shortcode
    [countdown date="12/30/2014 12:00:00" timezone="0"]
