[Plugin: The Google plugin] Google author profile fields not there

According to the usage page for this plugin here

There should be a setting to Add Google+ profile field to user profile pages.
I can’t seem to find this in the version I downloaded Version 1.3.2
Do I need to activate something or is there a paid version of this plugin that includes this?
