[Plugin: TheCartPress] No Pay button after clicking Purchase?

I am using Authorize.net as my payment method and I selected the option: Redirect automatically – which should, upon clicking Purchase, will shoot the user over to the Authorize.net payment site. However, no such redirect occurs and after you click Purchase you are sitting at a page that shows your order and says “The next step helps you to pay using the payment method chosen by you.”

But there are no buttons or anything. It just displays my order.

I tried switching Redirect automatically Off and the same issue happens. I get to a final page after clicking Purchase and there is no Pay button or anything.

Any ideas??
