[Plugin: Theme-Check] Doesn't work with register_theme_directory

Just a heads-up that the checker won’t work with themes that live outside of the wp-content/themes/ directory. For example BuddyPress’ default theme which is registered using register_theme_directory().

I’ve made a patch against trunk to support this, but I’m not sure how to get it to you, so I’ve put it in my dropbox: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/13733379/register_theme_directory.patch
